To download the Almanac OS/2 file:
1. Double-click on the Almanac OS/2 icon above.
2. Click Save File. Save the file to a directory for example, "C:\LotusW4\Work\Organize."
3. Note: Be sure to make a note of the directory location where the file was downloaded to help you locate the file in the future.
4. Open an OS/2 Window or OS/2 Full Screen
5. Switch to the directory where Almanac.exe was downloaded.
6. Type "Almanac"
7. The file will self-extract into the directory where the self extracting Almanac executable was placed.
To open the file within Organizer for OS/2 Warp 4:
1. Choose File-Open
2. Change to the directory where the file was extracted to.
3. Select Almanac.OR4
4. Click Open
Organizer will display the file name of the open file in the title bar.
This file has been specially formatted for the OS/2 Warp 4.

Open the file in Organizer, or Include the sections you plan to use in your Organizer file (using Section - Include)
Notes:
- For Restaurant reviews from Fodor's, see the Fodor's Restaurants file (FODORS.NSF).
- You can only edit the Reference and About Holidays pages from within Organizer.
