Mail recall

How many times have you pressed the send button on an e-mail and then realized one of the following?

• You misinterpreted the question your reply was meant to answer.
• You forgot to include an important detail or a file attachment.
• You sent it to the wrong John Smith in your company.
• The e-mail contains sensitive information that not everyone on the distribution list should see.

Mail recall is an option provided by IBM® Lotus® Domino® 8 software. Your administrator defines whether users can use the feature and what choices they have. If authorized, users will be able to simply click a button in their IBM Lotus Notes® 8 client to recall a message sent in error -- even if it has already been read!
