Forums are a new feature in IBM Connections 3.
Forums provide a convenient way to create an on-line discussion board where people can ask questions, share their experiences, and discuss topics of common interest. Optionally, forums can be moderated.
Participating in a forum allows you to benefit from the expertise of other people through the exchange ideas with your teammates and others who share your interest in a topic.
The Public Forums page displays all the Public Forums in your organization, providing users with the ability to find one that might interest them.
Forums allowing discussion forums to take place outside of a community, or within a particular community.
