Software Subscription and Support provides you with:
- Technical Support for your IT organization - available 24x7.
- Product upgrades via download or CD delivery based on your location and eNotification preferences.
- eNotifications to alert you when new product releases and versions of your licensed products become available.
Note: To take advantage of eNotifications:
- Select 'Passport Advantage Reseller' or 'Passport Advantage Customer' from the left navigation.
- Sign in to your Passport Advantage Online account using your IBM ID and password.
- Select 'Account Management'
- Then select 'eNotification' to set your eNotification preferences.
