VoiceRite's Unified Messaging Client plug-in for Sametime 7.5 provides Sametime users with a single user interface to manage instant messages, voicemails, faxes, and telephone calls. Sametime users get caller-id screen pops including caller information with options to intercept the call and send it to the Sametime users Softphone, or play a recorded or computer (TTS) generated message to the caller. The UM Client plug-in extends Sametime 7.5 to provide a complete unified communications solution similar to Microsoft's Office Communicator and Cisco's Unified Personal Communicator.
