Our pricing structure is easy and all-inclusive—the earlier you register, the more you save. The price includes five full conference days, with breakfast and lunch daily, and no add-on fees for anything other than certification testing. Register today!

Rates and Dates:

• Now until November 20th, the fee is $1,895 USD. This is the lowest individual fee available. The early bird gets the best price!
• On November 21st , the fee will increase to $2,295 USD.
• And on January 14th, the full conference fee of $2,495 USD will apply.

Large Group Discount

If you have twenty (20) or more people attending from your company, we want to offer you special pricing of $1,795.00 USD per person. Here's how it works.

On December 9th, we will review the total number of registrations received from your company. We will qualify the registrations based on Company Name and the e-Mail Address that was submitted as part of each completed registration form. (Please be sure to use your corporate contact information when registering.)

• If we have received the minimum of twenty (20) registrations required, you will be eligible for the discount fee and no further action is needed.
• If your company does not reach the minimum of twenty (20) people, each person will be charged the difference between $1795 and the registration fee that was applicable at the time the registration was submitted (see Rates and Dates).

Any additional registration(s) received from your company after December 9th, will be charged the registration rate of $2,295. The Large Group Discount pricing cannot be combined with any further discounts.

One Day Showcase Pass Policy

One Day Showcase passes will be sold prior to the Conference for $350 per day - There is a lot of excellent information, great networking, coffee breaks on the floor - and for Monday you will have access to the Showcase Reception.* You can purchase a One Day Showcase pass for Monday, January 18, Tuesday, January 19 and Wednesday, January 20.

Multiple One Day Showcase passes may be purchased per person. They can also be purchased on-site.

One Day Showcase Pass registrants will receive their ticket at Exhibitor Registration outside the Showcase.

*One Day Showcase passes do not include access to Conference sessions, activities, meals or labs

One Day Conference Pass Policy

One Day Full Conference passes will be sold prior to the Conference for $895 per day- each day is jam packed with sessions, meals, breaks, and other Conference activities. You can purchase a One Day pass for Sunday, January 17, or Monday, January 18, or Tuesday, January 19, or Wednesday, January 20.

Your registration will include access to the sessions and Conference activities scheduled on the day that you select. Your registration fee will also include the following:

• Attendance at all sessions and Conference activities for the date registered
• Admittance to the Product Showcase and Lotusphere Labs
• Conference Materials
• Continental Breakfast, Breaks and Lunch for the date registered
• Scheduled Shuttle Transportation between the Conference Hotels
• Access to Lotusphere Online before, during and after the Conference

Only (1) One Day Conference pass can be purchased per person, multiple pass purchases are not permitted. They can also be purchased on-site.

One Day Conference Pass registrants will receive their badge in Australia 3 on the lobby level in the Dolphin.

A number of hotels in the WALT DISNEY WORLD® area offer discounted room rates for Lotusphere 2010 attendees. As a conference attendee, you'll save when you stay at one of the hotels listed below. Please be sure to read the Hotel Policies carefully. We encourage you to make your Lotusphere 2010 hotel reservations before December 18, 2009. Room inventory may become limited after this date. The deadline for Experient Housing to process reservations, changes, and cancellations is January 7, 2010. Beginning on January 8, 2010, you may contact the hotels directly to make new reservations, changes and cancellations. Please note that the Lotusphere attendee rates may no longer be available at these hotels after January 7, 2010. All rates listed are in US Dollars.

Additional fees may apply if there are more than two (2) people in a room. The five (5) hotels above require a one-night room and tax deposit (see Hotel Policies below).
The WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are within walking distance of the conference meeting space. Conference sessions take place within the WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN and DISNEY'S YACHT & BEACH CLUB Resorts Convention Center. The other hotels listed above are on the Lotusphere 2010 intra-conference hotel shuttle, which is complimentary and runs on a published schedule. There will be NO Lotusphere scheduled shuttle transportation to/from any hotels not listed above.

Lotusphere 2010 Hotel Policies

Hotel Reservation Policy: There is no minimum stay required.
Hotel Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee at time of booking. Hotels may charge one night's room and tax starting January 4, 2010.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations canceled within five (5) days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Group Reservations: TThe Experient Housing on-line hotel reservation system can accommodate multiple reservations from a particular company, you can simply fill out a form for each reservation. If you prefer to submit a request for multiple reservations in writing you can download the housing form and fax it to 847-996-5851or via e-mail to LotusphereHousing@experient-inc.com. No phone requests will be processed for group reservations; requests must be made via e-mail or fax. All such requests will be processed based on availability and in the order in which they are received.
Waiting Lists: If you want to be placed on a wait list for a particular hotel you can utilize the "special request" feature via the website to indicate if they prefer an alternate hotel. Applicable policies will be reiterated on your hotel reservation confirmation that you will receive after you make a hotel reservation for Lotusphere 2010 through Experient Housing.

Save on Airport Ground Transportation
Mears Transportation is offering Lotusphere attendees a discounted rate of - $29.00 round-trip - for shuttle service between the Orlando International Airport and the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN AND SWAN. The discount applies to all non Disney hotels but may vary according to the hotel zone location. The Mears shuttle service departs the airport approximately every 30 minutes. Mears booths are located on level one of each airline terminal. You do not need to make a reservation for your trip from the airport to your hotel, but you will need to make a reservation for your return trip back to the Orlando International Airport. Please make your return reservation at least 24 hours in advance, by calling (407) 423-5566 or when utilizing the website link (link resides outside of ibm.com) for the discounted airport shuttle service, roundtrip reservations can be made online.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle Transportation to/from Disney Resorts
Disney's Magical Express will provide complimentary shuttle transportation to Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort, and Disney's All Star Sports Resort BUT only with a reservation made in advance. If you made your hotel reservation through Experient Housing, you will receive a Disney hotel confirmation email the week of January 4th that will contain further instructions to make your transportation reservations direct with Disney.

Conference Shuttles
Conference shuttles make getting around at Lotusphere easy. Complimentary scheduled conference shuttle service will take you from all Lotusphere-designated conference hotels to the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN. In addition, scheduled shuttle service will be available between the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN and Blizzard Beach - an auxiliary parking lot designated for Lotusphere attendees. If you are driving during the conference, please note that parking at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN will be permitted only for those who are staying at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN with a self parking fee of $10 + tax per day. "In & out" access is NOT permitted - you will be charged each time you enter the lot.

If you are staying elsewhere, you must utilize the auxiliary parking lot.
For Lotusphere attendees who choose to drive their own vehicles and are not overnight guests at the WDW Swan and Dolphin, auxiliary parking will be available at Blizzard Beach. Shuttle service between the auxiliary lot and the WDW Dolphin will be provided daily on a set schedule published in your on-site conference materials.
