Our pricing structure is easy and all-inclusive-the earlier you register, the more you save. The price includes five full conference days, with breakfast and lunch daily, and no add-on fees for anything other than certification testing. Register Today!

Rates and Dates:

• Now until November 7th, the fee is $1,895 USD. This is the lowest individual fee available. The early bird gets the best price!
• On November 8th, the fee will increase to $2,095 USD.
• And on January 16th, the full conference fee of $2,295 USD will apply.

Back Again for 2009! Large Group Discount
If you have twenty (20) or more people attending from your company, we want to offer you special pricing of $1,795.00 USD per person. Here's how it works.
On December 10th, we will review the total number of registrations received from your company. We will qualify the registrations based on Company Name and the e-Mail Address that was submitted as part of each completed registration form. (Please be sure to use your corporate contact information when registering.)

• If we have received the minimum of twenty (20) registrations required, you will be eligible for the discount fee and no further action is needed.
• If your company does not reach the minimum of twenty (20) people, each person will be charged the difference between $1795 and the registration fee that was applicable at the time the registration was submitted (see Rates and Dates).

Any additional registration(s) received from your company after December 10th, will be charged the registration rate of $2,095. The Large Group Discount pricing cannot be combined with any further discounts.

The website to make hotel reservations is CLOSED as of 5pm Central Time on Thursday, January 8, 2009. You are advised to contact the hotels directly starting on Saturday, January 9 to make a hotel reservation. Rates are at the discretion of each hotel.

Additional fees may apply if there are more than two (2) people in a room. The four (4) hotels above require a one-night room and tax deposit (see Hotel Policies).
The WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN, and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts are within walking distance of the conference meeting space. Conference sessions take place within the WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN and DISNEY'S YACHT & BEACH CLUB Resorts Convention Center. The other hotels listed above are on the Lotusphere 2009 intra-conference hotel shuttle, which is complimentary and runs on a published schedule. There will be NO Lotusphere scheduled shuttle transportation to/from any hotels not listed above.

Lotusphere 2009 hotel policies

Hotel Reservation Policy: There is no minimum stay required.
Hotel Deposit Policy: Credit card guarantee at time of booking. Hotels may charge one night's room and tax starting January 5, 2009.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservations canceled within five (5) days of scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
Group Reservations: The Experient Housing on-line hotel reservation system can accommodate up to and including ten (10) reservations from a particular company. If you wish to reserve a block of more than ten (10) rooms, you may submit a request in writing. No phone requests will be processed for group reservations; requests must be made via e-mail or fax. All such requests will be processed based on availability and in the order in which they are received.

Applicable policies will be reiterated on your hotel reservation confirmation that you will receive after you make a hotel reservation for Lotusphere 2009 through Experient Housing.

IMPORTANT VISA WAIVER PROGRAM UPDATE:
Beginning on January 1, 2009, the Electronic System for Travel Authorization or ESTA will be implementing new regulations in regard to VISA waivers for persons traveling TO the United States. The following countries will be required to use the Visa Waiver Program to enter the United States. Electronic pre-registration through ESTA is MANDATORY after January 1, 2009, for entry into the United States. For further information please so to: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov

Save on Airport Ground Transportation
Mears Transportation is offering Lotusphere 2009 attendees a discounted rate of $29.00 round-trip - for shuttle service between the Orlando International Airport and the WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN. The Mears Transportation shuttle service departs the airport every 30 minutes. Mears Transportation booths are located on the baggage claim level of each airline terminal. You do not need to make a reservation for your trip from the airport to your hotel, but you will need to make a reservation for your return trip back to the Orlando International Airport. You may make the return reservation by calling (407) 423-5566. When utilizing the website link for the discounted airport shuttle service, round trip reservations can be made.

Complimentary Airport Shuttle Transportation to/from Disney Resorts
Disney's Magical Express will provide complimentary shuttle transportation to Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts, Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort, and Disney's All Star Sports Resort BUT only with a reservation made in advance. If you made your hotel reservation through Experient Housing, you will receive a Disney hotel confirmation email during the week of January 5th that will contain further instructions to make your transportation reservations direct with Disney.

Conference Shuttles
Conference shuttles make getting around at Lotusphere easy. Complimentary scheduled conference shuttle service will take you from all Lotusphere-designated conference hotels to the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN. And, for your added convenience, scheduled inter-conference hotel shuttle service will be available between the WALT DISNEY WORLD SWAN and DOLPHIN hotels and Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts Convention Center. In addition, scheduled shuttle service will be available between the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN and an auxiliary parking lot designated for Lotusphere attendees. If you are driving during the conference, please note that parking at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN will be permitted only for those who are staying at the WALT DISNEY WORLD DOLPHIN with a parking fee of $9 per day. "In & out" access is NOT permitted - you will be charged each time you enter the lot.

If you are staying elsewhere, you must utilize the auxiliary parking lot.
For Lotusphere attendees who choose to drive their own vehicles and are not overnight guests at the WDW Swan and Dolphin, auxillary parking will be available at Downtown Disney. Shuttle service between the auxillary lot and the WDW Dolphin will be provided daily on a set schedule published in your on-site conference materials.
