Synaptris launches IntelliPRINT Active View at Lotusphere 2009
Delivers enhanced end-user interactivity and visualization for IBM Lotus Notes users, and significant productivity gains for Lotus e-mail users
LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 19, 2009 - Synaptris Inc., a global market leader for information management in the IBM Lotus Notes and Domino applications space, announced the launch of IntelliPRINT Active View a significant addition to its IntelliPRINT offerings at Lotusphere 2009, IBM's annual user conference for Lotus software.
IntelliPRINT Active View expands the native interactive capabilities of IntelliPRINT by transforming any Lotus Notes View into an Active View with a single click. End users are also able to create views using data from one or more source views. In addition to interactivity, users can also instantly visualize the information in their view by transforming the view into an interactive chart with a single click.
IntelliPRINT Active View also incorporates support for mail organization and management. With the exponential increase in the volume of e-mail, most users are faced with overflowing mailboxes that they need to organize, prioritize and manage with less time.
IntelliPRINT Active View extends the core IntelliPRINT value propositions to mail users as well. IntelliPRINT Active View when used with Lotus Notes and Domino provides end user centric functionality to better organize e-mail by isolating logical e-mail groups and moving them to folders, deleting them or archiving them.
This capability increases user productivity and is expected to save e-mail users several hours every week, hundreds of hours every year and result in significant productivity gains for enterprises.
