Prolifiq Fuses Social Networking and Collaboration with Sales
Announces first pilot customer through partnership with IBM on LotusLive
LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 19, 2009 - Prolifiq Software, the expert at distributing content from within social networks to outside audiences, today announced InSet Technologies (InSet) as the first pilot customer in its partnership with IBM on LotusLive, IBM's new online business social network and collaboration platform.
InSet will use Prolifiq's 1:1 branded sales messaging platform within LotusLive to provide its sales force with the power to:
- Send content to customers from LotusLive Store & Share, a system for storing and sharing files, bookmarks and content collections both internally and externally;
- Track metrics from messages sent to contacts;
- Send messages to prospects listed as contacts within LotusLive;
- Automatically add contacts to LotusLive when they send them a Prolifiq message.
InSet, a medical device company that develops implantable pumps delivering medications directly to the spinal cord, is currently a beta user of LotusLive, taking advantage of its meeting, collaboration and contact management tools.

"Merging our potential customer network, internal company collaboration and Prolifiq's 1:1 messaging, we will now have a centralized point for both our internal and external business communications as we scale for the launch of our first product."
The InSet sales team will use three tailored sales templates designed by Prolifiq, allowing for personalized messaging to prospects and customers. They will also use the Prolifiq solution heavily on their mobile devices.
