Re-Think the Way You Manage Spam
MayFlower Software improves accuracy of SpamSentinel - spam quarantines are no longer needed!
LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 19, 2009 - MayFlower Software today announced that its latest version of leading anti-spam solution for IBM Lotus Notes and Domino, SpamSentinel, now includes a 3rd check to its dual engine design to further increase accuracy. It brings back the use of RBLs to break any ties and results in increased ease of administration and less spam for the user to manage.
Also announced today is a new SpamSentinel Service version for customers running Lotus Notes or Microsoft Exchange. It uses a MayFlower Software service to process mail, delivering only valid messages and low confidence spam (typically 2%-4% of the total blocked) to the end user. No quarantines, No administration - just clean mail and the option to send bulk mail to the Junk Mail folder. SpamSentinel Service version requires an MX record change.
