FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Award winning IBM Business Partner solution, inFusion™ eForms, demonstrates support for Lotus Forms Turbo and document security add-ons in Lotusphere
LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 19, 2009 - ITM Associates' inFusion eForms is known as the out-of-box workflow solution for Lotus Forms customers. Business users depend on inFusion eForms to enable sophisticated multi-step forms workflow while minimizing operational and compliance risks. As the winner of the 2007 IBM Lotus CTO Innovation Award, ITM has a history of working with IBM to accelerate the deployment of Lotus Forms and ultimately, the return on investment for businesses of all sizes.
The latest version of inFusion eForms, 6.5.1, now supports the recently released Lotus Form 3.5 and Turbo. Lotus Forms 3.5 and Turbo, according to Ian Altman, ITM's President, "is a great testament to the concept ITM has been championing over the years - a relevant forms solution has to focus on the real players, specifically those in the lines of business. It has to help these business users to work more efficiently." Altman adds, "That would mean point-and-click simplicity in creating and using forms, as well as pre-population, audit trail, and automated routing based on existing directories. And all of this is done with zero IT complexity. inFusion eForms builds on Lotus Forms' basic routing to offer sophisticated workflow to streamline the entire forms experience, from IBM Lotus Domino to IBM WebSphere® Portal."
inFusion eForms' elegance and simplicity for both the end users and the administrators create great resonance among ITM's customers. ITM's Sr. Account Manager, Jay Leach, says, "A great customer success story would be what we achieved for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since 2006. EPA's WebForms system is accessible to all 18,000 employees around the country. In a typical month, over 40,000 forms are created, submitted, and routed with complete audit trail to meet governance and compliance requirements. Connected to multiple Oracle systems to support crucial budgeting and human resources functions, EPA WebForms currently runs on 4 clustered IBM BladeCenter® servers. The beauty is this heavyweight eForms platform is backed by a single-person help desk. eForms should not be any harder than that."
For those organizations with the inevitable need to print the completed and digitally signed forms to paper, inFusion eForms 6.5.1 now has the ability to verify the authenticity of the form and guard it against counterfeit. With the patented technology from ITM's parent company, BTI, inFusion eForms can now encode and encrypt privileged information in a high density Data Matrix bar code that is also printed on the form. Scanning the Data Matrix code would recreate the data stored within and populate the remote system, consequently ensuring the information is not tampered with even if the form's physical appearance is altered. inFusion eForms 6.5.1 also integrates proprietary fraud prevention technology from Graphic Security Systems Corporation (GSSC), to lend the ability to encode covert data on a printed document. The covert data, which only reveals when inspected with a special lens, helps organizations protect valuable information against potential fraud and counterfeit. ITM expects inFusion eForms' document security add-ons to bring substantial value to businesses that demand a forms workflow solution with built-in document security measures.
