Interpec Corporation Announces Availability of INTRACES Enterprise Process Collaboration Application

LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 19, 2009 - Interpec Corporation, an IBM Independent Software Vendor (ISV), announced today the availability of INTRACES, an enterprise process collaboration application based on IBM Lotus Notes and Domino. Designed for companies of all sizes, INTRACES improves the productivity of business processes; ensures compliance with corporate and external regulations; and enables enterprise wide collaboration.

"INTRACES was designed to balance the need of end users to maintain independence when prioritizing and deploying IBM Lotus Notes collaboration processes and of compliance officers to provide corporate oversight. Activities and workflows can be easily and rapidly customized to adapt to any department- or company-specific process while meeting specified levels of regulatory compliance," stated Antonio Ferraiuoli, CEO of Interpec Corporation. He continued, "INTRACES provides rapid ROI because process solutions are built on a single application, significantly reducing development, maintenance, validation, education, support, operation andupgrade costs."

INTRACES incorporates functionalities to ensure compliance with industry regulations including FDA GXP good practices guidelines and 21 CFR Part 11 electronic record / electronic signature, EU Commission EUDRALEX 4 "Documentation", SOX electronic evidence regulations, and many others.

INTRACES does not require IT expertise to create, implement, administer or operate processes, freeing IT department resources. It can be configured as a simple departmental solution or as a multinational enterprise solution that is multi-lingual and includes international formats and multiple time zones.

After oversight and flexibility parameters are defined by an organization for each process type, users can easily set up:

Although each INTRACES process solution is governed independently, data and documents can be shared seamlessly through proper authorization with other INTRACES solutions/processes, enabling enterprise collaboration.
