FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Extracomm Delivers a Free version of Secur Trac
LOTUSPHERE, ORLANDO, FL. January 19, 2009 - Extracomm Inc., a leader in providing add-on solutions that streamline and secure the IBM Lotus Notes and Domino environment, recently released a free version of SecurTrac®.
In the most recent release, SecurTrac® 2.3.2, we continue to meet the needs of the Lotus community with new features and enhancements that respond directly to user feedback, market trends and the latest compliance regulations.
"The latest enhancements and new features stem directly from the work we've done with our current clients. We've responded to the need of the Lotus Notes and Domino community by offering a free version of SecurTrac® with a limited feature set that includes the Mail Monitor and Database monitor", says Ryan Hosford, Vice President, Extracomm.
In SecurTrac® 2.3.2, other notable features include the SecurTrac® plug-in, where by extending the features of the Lotus Notes 8 client, the SecurTrac® Eclipse plug-in allows users to retrieve a SecurTrac® audit trail log history for a currently selected document in a Lotus Notes database. Building on the existing SecurTrac® feature that allowed administrators to rollback deleted or modified documents or design elements back to the version that is stored in the SecurTrac® log document, it is also now possible to rollback modified database Access Control Lists(ACLs) as well.
