Be heard...We're listening! As part of our pledge to build products with our customers and partners, we conduct usability testing and user research on-site at Lotusphere. Take advantage of this opportunity to be part of the product design process. We have sessions for all strategic product solutions across the portfolio.

The Global Customer Partnership Council (GCPC) Lounge is housed in this Lab. The Lounge will be open the same hours as the Lab. We will hold a BoF for GCPC members in the Lab on Monday evening, January 19th from 5:00 - 6:15 PM.

The Lotus Solutions Developers Lab is the only venue at Lotusphere where customers, partners and developers can learn how to leverage the Lotus products to create solutions that integrate business functions with collaboration and communication.

In addition, we will host consultation and brainstorming sessions during the coffee breaks. Each session will focus on a specific development and integration topic and offer attendees who wish to participate a deeper dive into the technology with our team of subject matter experts.

Lotus Notes Developers and IBM Business Partners have been waiting for a Lotus Symphony LotusScript API -- it has arrived! This hands-on workshop teaches the participant to integrate Lotus Notes and Lotus Symphony applications with the new Lotus Symphony LotusScript API.

With the API model and documentation structure similar to Lotus Notes or SmartSuite LotusScript API, Lotus Notes developers are going to easily and quickly be productive. Participants learn how easily one can access Lotus Symphony using LotusScript, and manipulate the most frequently used objects (paragraphs, tables, fields, charts, data pilots) in document and spreadsheet applications using LotusScript.

The Certification Prep Lab provides certification exam preparation materials and enablement services to candidates who are preparing to take certification exams onsite at Lotusphere. The Lab offers a range of learning materials and preparation resources, including: exam guides, preparation charts, access to online learning materials and Lotus Education student manuals, IBM Redbooks, and online practice tests.

The Certification Testing Lab is an IBM facility with real-time, onsite and advance registration capabilities. The testing service, administered by Prometric, provides an opportunity for customers to fit discounted certification exams into their busy conference schedules. Seating capacity is sufficient to allow preferred scheduling, but due to high demand, certification candidates are encouraged to register as early as possible, prior to the Conference or early in the Conference week.
