IBM WebSphere Business Modeler and Monitor
IBM Software for WebSphere® Business Integration Services can help your organization quickly, effectively and successfully begin a process-modeling effort or workflow solution. Using proven WebSphere Business Modeler and Monitor tools and methodology, the workshop assists you in quickly modeling, analyzing, and simulating a business process. Together, we will create a rapid-prototype process model that will help you measure the benefits of establishing a larger-scale process improvement or process-integration implementation initiative.
Your internal project team and our IBM Software for WebSphere Business Integration Services team will complete the following:
As-Is process modeling
Develop a detailed model and comprehensive supporting information for a current business process and its associated metrics. Documenting, analyzing, and simulating the current process will help you identify inefficiencies and determine where additional resources or automation can provide the greatest benefits.
To-Be process modeling
Use the As-is process model to create a proposed, or To-Be process model, which can include IBM WebSphere MQ software for workflow technology.
Compare the As-Is and To-Be models to see cost and time savings at a glance, and produce a detailed "Process Redesign Report" that explains potential savings and investment payback with numerous charts, diagrams and spreadsheets.
Rapid user interface prototyping
Produce prototypes of business-user interfaces using IBM WebSphere Business Integration Workbench Xform Designer.
Rapid monitoring interface prototyping
Use Xform Designer to produce mockups of the interfaces supporting monitoring of process performance if To-Be solutions include IBM WebSphere® MQ Workflow and IBM WebSphere Business Monitor, allowing you to view real time information from an executing business process.
