The Web Publisher is an Internet- or intranet-based delivery application that enables authorized personnel to view process models, enterprise data, and other corporate information in the Repository. Based on individually defined user-access levels, authorized personnel can login and access the published materials via the Internet or intranet.
In addition to communicating business process models and associated data, an organization can use the Web Publisher to communicate and educate personnel in the following areas:
Policies/Procedures, and business rules
Goals and performance measures
Organizational tree and employee directories
Process operations
