IBM ILOG Elixir Enterprise is designed for Enterprise class customers—independent software vendors and systems integrators—who need to create and deploy Adobe® Flex® and AIR™ applications to their customers. In addition, it can also be used by end-user developers--those not deploying their application outside of their company--if the diagramming services or schedule display services are desired. (IBM also provides an entry-level product, IBM ILOG Elixir Standard, for other users.)
Elixir Enterprise requires a development license for each project developer. Depending on how it is used, an application deployment license may also be needed.
