>>Now we'll be moving on to the My Life tab. The My Life page is designed to provide the user with access to content and services related to compensation, career development, benefits, retirement and other life events.
It allows the user to quickly and efficiently...efficiently handle these issues so it doesn't significantly affect their work. At the top left of this portal, you see some quick links to tools that provide financial capability for an employee.
Down the lefthand side, you'll see a My Career development which allows for individual career development functionality to be accessed from the My Life page -- things such as internal job postings, skills gap analysis and performance evaluations.
Further down the left, you see a Life Events checklist for frequent life events that need to be updated within a company's HR systems: things like emergency contacts, weddings, childbirths, things of those nature.
At the top right, you see the ability, again, to push certain news that's pertinent to HR and training. Below that news you'll see a training catalog that allows an employee to access key courses and training that they need to complete to do their job. Again, the goal of the My Life is to continue to allow maximum productivity of employees. Now we'll be switching back to the My Company tab.
