Delivering Solutions
We have several separate core systems to support different businesses. Before we used WebSphere Information Integrator, it is difficult to get the single customer view and exchange data among the different business systems. We began to implement WebSphere Information Integrator in 2003.
We integrated the different data sources from Oracle, Informix and DB2. We also developed our enterprise information platform with II and it runs smoothly, like business intelligence and call center.
And we can easily get the different data resources from different systems. So we can provide real time information to our client and our staff. One time, my CEO came to me and said, hey, how come every time I press the mouse, the money goes up? I like it! I think my CEO really likes this technology solution.
