Within this example -- which is an agent's example -- in the contact list you may have underwriters that you work with on a frequent basis based on various product lines.
Below the Sametime contact list you see a portlet for various agent systems -- things such as quoting, performing a customer portfolio search, creation of a first notice of loss, view of a claims workflow.
On the top right, you see the ability to search by customer. Below that, had we performed a search you would have seen the information returned based on that particular customer. Further down the portlet to the right is the ability to access certain key reports that employees need to view on a regular basis.
