IT is under constant pressure to reduce and control costs. The users of IT understand the need for IT, but have a difficult time understanding how IT is specifically delivering value to them and how they can control their specific costs. In this session, we talk about the challenges to IT in translating their costs into a business context to the users and how this will continue to get more difficult in the future as more complex IT delivery models evolve.
