ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

After  applying  APAR  PQ23871,  on TPF sub-systems CRUISE proc-
essing will enter a continuous DEFRC loop.   Causing the  CRUISE
capture,  pack,  restore  or  pack function to never complete or
"hang".
 
COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
PQ23871 replaced GLOBAL tags used in CRUISE with  CINFC  labels.
However,  CRUISE processing will hang on TPF sub-systems because
the BSS only version of the cinfc_fast() function was used.
 
SOLUTION
________
All CRUISE cinfc_fast() function calls have been changed to  use
the  sub-system  version  of the function, cinfc_fast_ss(). Now,
CRUISE processing will no longer hang on TPF sub-systems.
