TPF Family Products: Support
TPF product support is available Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1700 Eastern Time. For more information about product support, refer to your assigned TPF Product Support Representative or your TPF Customer Support interface.
Product support for the TPF family of products is provided by IBM's TPF Development Lab located in Poughkeepsie, NY, USA.
Individual APAR packages are available for each product beginning with the Maintenance level shown:

TPF Operations Server v1.2
Updates for TPF 4.1 and TPFDF 1.1.3 prior to PUT 13 are only available on program update tapes shipped in the year of release or by special request from the TPF Lab.
Individual APAR packages are available for the current version of TPF Operations Server only. A patch file is also available which provides a method for applying all the APARs since the current version was released. The patch file is updated periodically until a new version is released.
