SOLUTION: The "$" was removed from the source file names: I$Env.cpp, I$Dir.cpp, I$Env.cpp, and c$s370.asm, and the build scripts: cfipbs.bsc, cfirbs.bsc, cfisbs.bsc, cfivbs.bsc, cfjebs.bsc, and cisobs.bsc were updated to reflect the new file name.
