ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

Performance  enhancement  to  TPF  MQSeries  local queue manager
sweeper to use TPFCS cursors.
 

COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
This enhancement changes the TPF MQSeries  local  queue  manager
sweeper  to  use  TPFCS  cursor operations instead of non-cursor
operations in order to improve the performance of the sweeper.
 

SOLUTION
________
TPFCS function calls within the TPF MQSeries local queue manager
sweeper were changed to be cursor  operations  instead  of  non-
cursor operations.
