ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

With APAR PJ27786 applied, ICONV fails because embedded calls to
the csnam() function will return NULL. The symptoms of this
problem include return message "NO RECOVERY" when issuing the
ZDTCP PING or ZDTCP TRACEROUTE commands.
COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
APAR PJ27786 made segments CSNAM, CLCNM, and CLMODN obsolete.
The names of these segments should have been removed from the
CISOBS build script, but were not removed by the APAR. DLMs
USUD, CSNM, CMLM, and CLNM were created in APAR PJ27786. They
were added to SPPGML, but the STUB=YES option was omitted and
the stubs for these new DLMs were not generated in SIP.
SOLUTION
________
The entries for CSNAM, CLCNM, and CLMODN in CISOBS were removed
because they were obsoleted in APAR PJ27786. The STUB=YES
option for DLM objects CSNM, CMLM, CLNM, and USUD in SPPGML was
added so that stubs will be generated in SIP.
