ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM
___________________
Due  to  APAR  PJ21337,  there  is a need to add and update dump
labels for the ISO-C Control Structures.


COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
APAR  PJ21337  extensively  updated  the  standard  C   run-time
library,  CISO, and updated the underlying data structures.  The
location of some of the dump labels for the ISO-C control struc-
tures need to be changed to reflect the updated data structures.


SOLUTION
________
Modified IDSTCA to reflect the updated  size  of  ISO-C  control
structures.
  Modified  dump  labels  in  online  and  offline  TPF dumps to
reflect ISO-C control structures updated by APAR PJ21337.

 Added the following ISO-C control structures dump tags:
   ALA - AOLA (array of libvec addresses) pointer.
   ISL - Initial stack allocation length.
   LWS - Local Working storage pointer.
   TIA - Implementation-defined task area pointer.

 Changed location of the following ISO-C control structures dump
labels:
   CID - Base of the C language implementation data area.
   WSC - Base of the writable static control area.

 Changed the following dump tags to indicate the pointer to the
 structure instead of indicating the base of the structure:
   TBA - TOBEY area pointer.
   TPS - C language temporary program storage area pointer.

 Renamed the following ISO-C control structures dump tag:
   CED (was EDB) - C enclave level data control block pointer

 Deleted the following ISO-C control structures dump tags:
   CTC - C language task communication area.
   PRM - C language pointer to input parameter list.
