ABSTRACT OF PROBLEM

There  is  a  need  for  switching  an  ECB from one i-stream to
another i-stream without creating a new ECB.


COMMENTS ON PROBLEM
___________________
Currently, the only way to switch a program from one i-stream to
another is to use macro swisc_create. This macro will  create  a
new  ECB  for  the  same  program  and  run  on  a new specified
I-Stream.We need another macro which will  enter  the  same  ECB
that a program is running on from on i-stream to another without
creating a new ECB.


SOLUTION
________
New macro swisc_enter is implemented as part of sysapi.
