• CICS Dynamic Scripting provides a robust, managed environment for situational applications written in PHP and Groovy. The Feature Pack is built on scalable CICS TS V4 JVMServer technology that is easily distinguished from other production CICS workload, and where Zero Resource Model (ZRM) data can be managed by DB2 for z/OS
• CICS Dynamic Scripting allows you to quickly try out new business ideas, build productivity applications like reports, dashboards, and widgets, or application front-ends for IT and Line of Business users
• You can introduce new IT staff to CICS via PHP and port many existing unmanaged PHP and WebSphere sMash applications into CICS
• The CICS Dynamic Scripting Feature Pack is now available as an optional product extension to customers with CICS Transaction Server for z/OS, V4
