| What do you have to do with CICS? |
| I help to plan, size and design what goes into TXSeries CICS. I also have the responsibility of talking with customers, ISVs and 'big' CICS itself...and still get to do some technical work too! |

| My wife was just about to be born, my parents had been married two years, I don't come along for another 4! |

| Standing in line at the checkout in Sainsburys supermarket in the UK at Christmas when they announced to a packed store that they 'apologised for the delay due to their transaction processing system'. Hopefully they meant their IBM POS systems, not CICS... |
