Our research revealed that Albonistan is a landlocked Central-Asian Republic sharing borders with Kazakhstan, China and Pakistan. It had a highly-literate population which could make it a good market for our products. I was surprised that I knew so little about this country with so much potential.

Our findings were encouraging. Albonistan had a Unicode-based IT-climate which would be good for ONION.
This was a fair amount of work for two-days. Public-data sites were more valuable than I imagined. The embassy of Albonistan was of a lot of help too.
What we needed now was to convert this data into a clear scope of work to size the effort and divide it into timelines. If we did this well, the future would be bright for all of us, both within and outside the company. |
