Alex Alexander is the Chief Information Officer at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP. He is responsible for The Group’s Technology teams based in UK and Italy.

At YNAP, Alex focuses on driving innovation, building customer-centric solutions and is currently leading the development of The Group’s shared technology platform in partnership with IBM.

Prior to joining YNAP, Alex spent three years at Walmart Global eCommerce as Multichannel Technology Director where he developed and implemented Walmart’s omnichannel strategy in the UK.

Over the course of his career Alex has led large IT projects across a range of industries including retail and banking with companies such as Barclays and Sainsbury’s. Alex also has a strong entrepreneurial background, having led successful eCommerce start-ups.

Kiley Newbold is the Vice President of Marketing and one of the original team members at The Color Run. In the company's short 4 year life, Kiley has helped scale every aspect of the marketing strategy, leading it to become the largest and fastest growing event company in the world.  Prior to joining The Color Run, he was helping companies grow in mobile technology, recycling, and recruiting/staffing.

Kiley is passionate about building brands around exceptional products. He loves telling a good story, and is fascinated with understanding and improving the way people communicate, the communities we build and the way we make decisions. He also thrives on creativity and high fives.

He is a marketing, tech, and running geek. When he's not in the office you'll find him at home with his family or running in the mountains near his home town of Salt Lake City.

Ashutosh (Ash) Kulkarni is Senior Vice President & General Manager of the Web Experience Division at Akamai. Mr. Kulkarni leads the Akamai team responsible for the technology and solutions that enable customers to provide a fast, reliable and secure experience for their websites and applications.

Mr. Kulkarni has over 20 years of product management, product development, product marketing, business development and strategy experience.

Michelle Peluso is a Strategic Advisor to Gilt and Hudson's Bay Corporation (HBC), having successfully sold Gilt to HBC in February of 2016.  Prior to the sale, Peluso was the CEO of Gilt, which offers its more than 9 million members special access to the most inspiring fashion merchandise and experiences every day at insider prices.  Before joining Gilt, Peluso was at Citigroup from 2009 until early 2013, where she was the Global Consumer Chief Marketing and Internet Officer. In that role she was responsible for the digital experience for Citi’s 100 million consumers globally as well as for Citi’s global consumer marketing strategy and execution.

A 14 year veteran of REI, I spent a decade leading Retail Sales teams in the field before transitioning to support REI's growing Omni-channel business. As the leader responsible for execution, budget, and analysis of omni-channel fulfillment programs, I have a unique and exciting role where I have the opportunity to engage with leaders at all levels across our store, ecommerce, merchandising, IT, and supply chain organizations. Outside of REI, I am a passionate outdoorsperson, spending my free time skiing, cycling, and camping with my family.

Lisa has more than 20 years’ experience at an executive level in the banking and wealth management industries following an earlier career as a barrister and Group General Counsel.

As Executive Director, Customer Delivery, Lisa is responsible for ING Direct’s revenue generation arising from the acquisition, servicing and experience of the bank’s customers and business to business partners through its diverse retail distribution channels (digital, wholesale, third party and commercial property finance). In addition to her local executive responsibilities, Lisa represents Australia on ING Group’s Retail Council and she chairs the Group’s Global Mortgages Forum.

Harriet Green is currently General Manager of IBM Watson Internet of Things, Commerce and Education driving growth in IBM’s high priority and key growth initiatives. Across these business units, Harriet is helping usher in a new era of cognitive business that unlocks value in new insights from the massive amount of data they generate each day.

Tom Johnson is CRM Lead at Clorox Corporation and has more than 20 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and CRM. Tom has used his extensive experience and expertise to build CRM and Digital capabilities from the ground up with remarkable results. At Clorox Corporation, Tom is driving the thought leadership and strategic thinking for CRM and Online Engagement. Before Clorox, Tom had management leadership roles at Nestle Purina PetCare, McCann WorldGroup, and LeapFrog Enterprises.

Jeffrey Pattison is Vice President for Global eBusiness Servicing at MetLife, currently leading eBusiness Service Platforms & Operations team supporting over 18 domestic and international websites, and mobile applications that service consumers, benefit managers, providers and brokers. These sites and applications strive to provide an outstanding experience for over 9 Million users and 40+ MetLife products that span the Retail, Group, Direct and Corporate Benefit Funding business. Jeff has over 25 years of business and technology leadership across several industries including e-commerce, logistics, real estate, pharmaceuticals, finance and insurance. Jeff was also recognized in 2010 as a Computerworld Premier 100 award recipient.

Gene Phifer is a Vice President, Distinguished Analyst in Gartner Research. Mr. Phifer covers customer engagement, customer experience, user experience and a broad array of Web technologies, including Web architecture, intranets, portals, user experience platforms and Web applications. Mr. Phifer is a 43-year IT veteran. Prior to joining Gartner, he held various management and executive roles in Fortune 100 IT departments, most notably Frito-Lay and Texas Instruments. There he managed all aspects of IT, including infrastructure technologies, data centers and line-of-business applications. Additionally, Mr. Phifer held the dual roles of CIO and CTO for Melson Technologies.

Neeraj Tolmare leads the digital transformation teams across technology, marketing, sales, operations and ecommerce for HP. In this role, he is accountable for enabling HP’s end-to-end digital vision from lead / campaign management to quote-to-cash. In addition, Neeraj also drives the end user experience and product management for HP’s online properties.

Carol is a multi-channel consumer marketing leader who loves to build talented teams, drive business growth and create customer lifetime value. Carol currently leads the marketing team at Performance Bicycle, the #1 choice for people who love to ride. With two e-commerce businesses, 110 stores, and over 2,000 highly engaged associates, Performance Bicycle seeks to improve lives and contribute to a better world through cycling. Carol has facilitated teams and served customers at Bread & Circus natural foods supermarket, Fred Meyer and True Value. Carol received her BA from Smith College and her MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Carol loves to cycle, hike, ski and travel.

Josh Manion brought the breakthrough Ensighten tag management technology to market in 2009, and continues to lead the company’s technology vision and strategic operations. Prior to Ensighten, he served for seven years as the CEO of Stratigent, a web analytics and marketing optimization consultancy. Josh has played chess professionally and is currently ranked among the top 60 players in the United States. He holds a degree in Management Science with a focus on Information Technology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
