Ed Brill is responsible for IBM Lotus end-user messaging and collaboration products, including Lotus Notes, Lotus iNotes, Lotus Notes Traveler, Lotus Symphony, and Alloy by IBM and SAP. He has been a part of the Lotus Notes/Domino product team since 1998 and is a frequent speaker at IBM and industry events.
Grady is recognized internationally for his innovative work in software architecture, software engineering, and collaborative development environments. He has devoted his life's work to improving the art and the science of software development.
David is an expert in Information Governance and integration and governance technology. He leads the InfoSphere portfolio of software, which includes information integration, data quality, master data management, data lifecycle management, and privacy and security software.
Jay leads the product strategy team for IBM Enterprise Marketing Management. His team is responsible for market analysis, customer insight and product innovation functions. Jay joined IBM through its acquisition of Unica and has over 15 years of experience in cross-channel marketing and customer analytics with companies such as SPSS, NetGenesis, and ClearForest.
Jack Danahy is Director for Advanced Security, IBM Security Systems. Prior to joining IBM Jack was founder and CEO of Qiave Technologies and Ounce Labs. Jack is also a holder of patents in a variety of security technologies. He is a contributor to industry and national security groups in the areas of data privacy, cybersecurity, cyberthreats, critical infrastructure protection, and has contributed to legislation on cybersecurity in both the US House and Senate. Jack has led several industry working groups, served on the board of the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Vendor Alliance, and is a distinguished fellow at the Ponemon Institute.
Responsible for promoting social business and collaboration solutions in enterprises. He developed business value approach to demonstrate to customers how social business can provide innovation, knowledge sharing and better cooperation inside and outside the firewall. Pierre has been involved in many workstation projects since 20 years, from the desktop to portal technologies. He is present in many conferences and forums about social networking and its impact in organizations.
George Parapadakis is an ECM Business Value Advocate in the ECM segment team in the UK and is founder and leader of the ECM Strategic Innovation Council in the UK. His role is focused on supporting IBM customers in maximising the value from their investment in ECM technologies, and in providing insight into new market trends such as Enterprise 2.0 and Social Media technologies. Previously, George has specialised in the use of ECM technologies to support Risk & Compliance solutions. George holds a BSc (Honours) in Computing Science and an MSc in Interactive Systems Design. He sits on the management committee of Intellect UK’s Document Management Group and is certified as “ECM Practitioner” as well as being awarded the title of “Master of Information Technologies (MIT)” by AIIM. He is a frequent speaker in conferences and regular writing contributor in various industry publications.
Richard focuses on smarter commerce for manufacturers, especially in the electronics industry. He identifies leading practices that manufacturers can use to improve customer insight - whether B2C or B2B customers, drive profitable growth and synchronize their supply chains to ensure reliable, optimal service.
Rod Martinez is a product marketing manager with expertise in IBM Commerce solutions. He has over 20 years of experience in sales support and product and industry marketing roles with several software organizations. Throughout his career, Rod has focused on customer relationship management, order management and customer support strategies.
An area expert in digital analytics and data-driven marketing, Blair is an evangelist for many IBM digital marketing optimization offerings. In this role, he is responsible for messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy for IBM marketing cloud software. Blair also leads the social media strategy for IBM Enterprise Marketing Management and advises on the development and deployment of the IBM next-generation mobile marketing platforms.
Chris helps to set the global strategy for positioning IBM industry solutions for marketing, selling, fulfillment and business-to-business integration in the communications industry. He has developed and implemented ordering solutions with some of the largest CSPs and led enterprise software sales organizations focused on the communications industry. Chris is a regular speaker at IBM industry events around the world.
