Randy's Bio
Randall Wilcox is a jStart Technical Engagement Manager where he assists customers in identifying and delivering solutions leveraging jStart emerging technologies and expertise to provide competitive and operational advantage. Prior to jStart, he was a Text Analytics Principle focusing on driving adoption of content analytics technologies into strategic IBM industry solutions and partnerships.
Randall has over 20 years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Industry experience. He has developed award winning (AIIM Best Practices Award 2005) ECM integration strategies and developed ECM programs for many large financial and healthcare organizations. Randall not only has provided ECM technical consulting to many organizations but has also assisted them in the transformation to an ECM service delivery focused organization.
