Holt has experience as a practitioner in both the business and technical aspects of customer engagements from activities that include lead generation, business qualification, requirements management, solution architecture, solution design, and contract negotiations.

Artem Papkov is currently a Solution Architect with IBM's jStart Team, working with customers and business partners to adopt emerging technologies, such as SOA, Web services, Mashups and the like. His experience includes software development of multi-tier solutions using emerging technologies, architecture design, and integration of Internet-based solutions. For the past six years, he has been focused on working closely with customers, helping them adopt Mashup Application Technologies.
