World Wide Technical Support for all i2 products is not yet fully transitioned to standard IBM Support systems. The i2 Support team will continue to focus on delivering customer satisfaction without compromise. Existing i2 Support offerings and systems will continue to be in effect until further notice. As we work to integrate i2 and IBM Support, we will offer i2 customers expanded capabilities through the existing IBM Support infrastructure. Please note the following:
- Technical Support is provided per your existing i2 Support agreements.
- i2 Technical Support is accessed through existing channels of email and phone submission. Refer to i2 Product Technical Support for specific details.
As we complete the migration to IBM systems, the above items will be changing and you will be notified of the changes through future communications.
