Technical Support Chat allows you to quickly interact 1:1 with one of our Level 2 Support Professionals online instead of over the phone. You can discuss your request and conveniently share command strings and URLs. At any time during the chat, you or the Support Professional can choose to resolve the issue over the phone.
How do I try Technical Support Chat?
Technical Support Chat is currently in its pilot phase as we develop the functionality to work best for you.
If you are a DB2 LUW or Informix client, try Technical Support Chat by clicking the 'Request to Chat' option on the right side of your screen after you open a new Service Request from the IBM Support Portal.
