The Information Management Software Services team has developed a services engagement model for Data Management and InfoSphere Software that allows us to meet the needs of your environment and budget. The Information Management Software team can deliver services in either a "Project" delivery model, where our team will provide project management and own the end-to-end deployment of your solution, or a "Guardian" delivery model , where we will provide advisory, assistance, and/or review services to ensure you are successful with your solution delivered by you or a partner. To complement our delivery models, we have developed an extensive set of services offerings that can be applied to either delivery model, all which can be accessed here.

Virtual Services
To broaden the reach of our delivery capabilities and in alignment with our delivery model above, we have developed a Virtual Services team to supplement our software services delivery arm that can provide reduced cost, real-time, remote consulting services. Virtual Services has a large pool of experienced resources located around the globe that support IT consulting and development activities, as well as migration and mentoring services to clients leveraging Information Management products.
