Report and document capture is fast, handles multiple data types, and is quickly in production using graphically defined templates.
Search, view, print, and fax options are varied and easy to use including support for annotations and logical viewing.
Storage management is automated, optimized for cost and retrieval benefits, and provides immediate compression results. An administrative client provides central control of servers, configuration, report definition, and security management.
Report Distribution groups and organizes full and partial related reports, creates bundles for e-mailing to multiple users or to the customer for printing.
National languages are supported for Arabic countries, Brazil, China, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, and US (English).
