Overview
IBM® InfoSphere® Classic Replication Server provides System z data sourcing for IBM's InfoSphere Replication Server.
It empowers the delivery of critical mainframe data to local and remote relational replicas as needed.
- Supports both SQL-driven access and near-real time changed-data feeds to InfoSphere Replication Server over WebSphere MQ from VSAM, IMS, Computer Associates CA-IDMS, and Software AG Adabas data sources.
- Specifically formats data for consumption by InfoSphere Replication Server's queue-replication capabilities enabling targeting of DB2, Oracle, Informix, SQL Server, and Sybase.
- Together with the InfoSphere Change Data Capture family, IBM provides the largest breadth of database and operating system support for data replication.
- Replicate data to DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows or Oracle, Sybase, and Microsoft SQL Server by combining with InfoSphere Replication Server for z/OS
