Tools shared library path needs to be set to $INFORMIXDIR/lib:$INFORMIXDIR/lib/esql:$INFORMIXDIR/lib/tools. 

  The Unicode 3.1.1 specific characters that extend the multilingual data of 
  GLS4.0 are not supported. Any documentation references to this feature do 
  not  apply to SCO. 

  4GL Version 7.32 on SCO platform uses 3.13 release of GLS library.
  As GLS 3.13 is a C library, 4GL 7.32 on SCO does not need any C++ 
  runtime or development support.
