IMS Configuration Manager for z/OS

The IMS Configuration Manager is a tool that complements the IMS 12 release. Using the tool, you can better manage your resources and “de-skill” application development tasks.

Using the IMS Configuration Manager, you can create and update IMS resources more frequently and reliably while providing high levels of availability. Thus, you can provide greater autonomy for application developers while allowing for the "de-skill" of personnel involved in managing resources.
