What's New in v3.1?
DB2 Cloning Tool v3.1 is now customized using IBM Tools Customizer, a common component that simplifies the post SMP/E installation customization tasks for many of the IBM DB2 Tools.
IBM Remote Pair FlashCopy (also known as Preserve Mirror) support added to both subsystem and table space cloning. This allows FLashCopy operations to occur to PPRC primary volumes without affecting the PPRC duplex state.
Can be invoked from the DB2 Admin Scheduler to improve usability
The structure of the DB2 Cloning Tool repository has been changed to allow a separate panel for user-specfied DD names
A target job runtime repository is included to allow restarting the target job and a new target job report
