Overview
IBM ECM has multiple user associations and communities to facilitate communication between members and IBM ECM management. They help identify and resolve issues and also provide discussion boards, forums, newsletters and participate in the annual Information On Demand conferences.
UserNet is open to all IBM ECM customers who own a software license for any IBM ECM product. It has governing Boards of Directors for the Americas and Asia Pacific and also for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
OnDemand User Group (ODUG) membership is opened to all currently licensed Content Manager OnDemand customers who have an interest in exploring and exchanging new information and ideas associated with OnDemand.
ECM on System z User Group is open to currently licensed customers of IBM Content Manager or IBM Content Manager OnDemand software running on either zOS or Linux for System z. It is also open to organizations licensed for IBM ImagePlus running on zOS.
North American ECM Community
The new North American ECM Community serves as a collaboration point for users of all IBM ECM products. The community is open to all participants including including end users of the systems, project managers, technology administrators, third-party solution providers, integrators, as well as developers.
