But sometimes, students are not able to attend a class at an IBM facility due to travel restrictions, budget constraints, corporate policy or time away from the office.

Instructor Led Online (ILO) training offers the benefits of classroom training with the convenience and cost savings of online training. IBM ILO courses include access to live instructors, other students, hands-on lab exercises and full course content just like our classroom training. Students log into the virtual classroom and join their instructor and fellow students over the web. The instructor guides students through the course content and shadows individual students during their lab exercises. Throughout the class, students have the ability to interact with each other and the instructor via chat and voice over IP (VoIP).
