Refund and cancellation policy
Full Refund, no cancellation fee before August 31, 2009.
Full Refund less $125 cancellation fee after August 31, 2009.
No refund after September 25, 2009.
No refunds will be made for No Shows. No Shows may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if hotel accommodations are not
cancelled in advance. Cancellations must be received in writing only via:

All hotel reservations will be cancelled in conjunction with corresponding conference registration being cancelled.
