What kind of ROI do organizations see from BI and pm deployments? How do I demonstrate the value of my investment? In this session, learn the key elements of developing a business case for a strategic BI and pm investment including demonstrating ROI, justifying your strategy, demonstrating value and how to embrace, enhance and extend your investments.

Session 3: Navigating Politics and Culture
