Building Strategy Maps, Scorecards and The Balanced Scorecard: A Best Practices Workshop

Central to any organization’s long-term success is building a platform upon which its strategy is effectively communicated, discussed, and revised. Consequently, Strategy Management practices are the most vital component of an organization’s business cycle. To enable successful adoption of a strategy execution framework, the Strategy Map is essential to create robust and complete ideas to facilitate the communication of corporate and departmental priorities. But, because initiatives are often managed outside of the strategy execution framework, these break-away initiatives are difficult to manage, measure and align with the strategy.

During this workshop, you'll learn how to:

• Develop a business strategy map
• Create scorecarding, including the Balanced Scorecard
• Align key initiatives
• Identify gaps and priorities for performance management
• Learn strategy and strategy execution best practices
