Jean Georges Perrin
Jean Georges Perrin “JGP” discovered Informix in 1997 and never stopped working with 4GL and/or IDS ever since.
He started his career in the web in 1994. He co-founded several startups and joined Four J’s Development Tools in 1997 which he left in 2002 after launching several successful 4GL to Web solutions. In 2002 he founded Awoma, offering a new approach to Web development using Java and 4GL paradigm.
Since 2006, Jean Georges heads GreenIvory. GreenIvory is providing Web 2.0 tools for building more dynamic websites using mashups (MashupXFeed), measuring your online reputation (VoiceObserver) and is currently building a complete e-marketing oriented social network platform. Since April 2009, Jean Georges focuses on Research & Development of new Web 2.0 tools within GreenIvory.
Jean Georges has been proudly serving on the IIUG Board of Directors since 2002.

CogiFactory (http://www.cogifactory.com) (link resides outside ibm.com) is both an e-marketing users group and an e-marketing R&D facility which helps us shape the future of Web 2.0 with technology providers (like GreenIvory), agencies and consumers. Jean Georges is Secretary General since 2007.
Rhenatic (http://www.rhenatic.eu) (link resides outside ibm.com) is the IT cluster for eastern France, grouping over 100 companies and 4000 individuals, Jean Georges has been elected to their Strategic Council in 2008.
