IBM Data Champion Program

Wellington is a DB2 student ambassador since September, 2007 and is working hard to disseminate DB2 knowledge at his university, PUC-PR, the biggest private university in Curitiba, main city of Paraná state in the South of Brazil.
He is a contributor of DB2 on Campus program and his main activities are

• Co-translator of the book Getting Started with DB2 Express-C - A to Portuguese
• Co-translator of db2oncampus.org website to Portuguese
• Leader of the group DB2@PUCPR
• IBM DB2 Ambassador

Wellington works as a Java Software Analyst since 2006 and became a SCJP 5 in early 2008.
